Project title: "Implementation and optimisation of a new energy-efficient method for producing aquafaba, a plant-based substitute for egg white in food products."

The aim of the project is to conduct comprehensive R&D work focused on developing an energy-efficient method for producing functional aquafaba as an ingredient in food products.

Project description:

As part of the project, KOCHMAŃSKI SALES SERVICE Sp. z o.o. plans to launch production and introduce to the market natural food products, including an organic vegan mayonnaise made with aquafaba (chickpea brine – a plant-based egg substitute). The project includes the creation of a production line for organic BIO vegan mayonnaise, as well as classic vegan mayonnaise and garlic vegan mayonnaise. The end result will be the introduction of these products into both wholesale and retail distribution.

Objective of the project:

The objective of the investment supported under the National Recovery Plan (KPO) is to accelerate private investments in the SME sector.

Outcomes/products:

The main outcome of the project is the creation of a production line for BIO vegan mayonnaise, classic vegan mayonnaise, and garlic vegan mayonnaise.
As a result of the project, a new organic product (BIO vegan mayonnaise – classic and garlic-flavoured) will be manufactured and introduced into wholesale and retail markets. This will enable the company to reach new customers who have not previously been part of its customer base.
