We launched our operations. The first product was a fresh avocado spread – the popular guacamole.
We expanded our range with fresh basil pesto and Mediterranean fine food such as gnocchi and tortellini.
We began production of plant-based egg alternatives. A feasibility study titled “Aquafaba Extraction from Chickpeas and Development of a Scalable Production Method” was completed. Meanwhile, we continued expanding our Mediterranean product portfolio.
We moved into a new production facility located in Bolesławice, near Słupsk (Poland). That same year, we received an EU research grant for the project: “Optimization of a Proprietary Aquafaba Extraction Method for Pilot-Scale Production.”
We launched our own line of hummus, cashew-based spreads, and plant-based aioli under the brand Hummus.pl.
We entered the export market and proudly showcased our products at SIAL Paris – one of the world's leading food industry events – earning recognition from the international food community.
The Kochmanski Company Sp. z o.o. becomes the umbrella brand for our sub-brands: Hummus.pl and The Aqua-Faba Company.
